The website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Functional display preferences remain exclusively in the browser.
Under privacy law, the person or entity responsible for a specific public mirror is the person or entity that determines the purposes and means of domain, hosting, server logs and e-mail. Decentralization does not eliminate this responsibility.

When called up, the respective web server can process technically required information such as IP address, time, resource, HTTP status, data volume, browser identifier and, if applicable, referrer. Purposes are delivery, stability, misuse detection and IT security. The website software itself does not contain any analysis or profiling function.
Hosting data differs between decentralized mirrors. Relevant are the information of the respective Mirror operator. The delivered website loads chart code, fonts and images locally and does not integrate external analysis platforms.
Website and community edition are not aimed at people in the EU or EEA. Insofar as mandatory privacy law still applies to a specific call or mirror, its requirements and data subject rights remain unaffected.
In the case of an e-mail, the sender address, content, metadata and voluntary data are processed to handle the request. The message is voluntary. API keys, secrets, passphrases, passwords and UIDs must not be sent. Data will be deleted after completion, unless there is a mandatory storage or proof obligation.
The accessibility menu stores selected display options such as contrast, color perception, text size, link highlighting and movement mode in the localStorage of the browser. This data does not leave the device, does not contain account or trading data and can be reset to default or the browser settings deleted.
Chart library, sample data and calculation script are loaded from your own web server and executed in the browser. Symbol change, controller and start simulation are not transmitted to Bovotrade. There is no exchange API connection and no order execution.
The download endpoint processes technically required server data, checks the regional confirmation and compares the release package on the server side with its SHA-256 checksum. The confirmation field is not stored permanently. API or exchange data is not requested.
This version does not set optional cookies, analysis pixels, ad trackers, embedded videos, externally loaded fonts or external chart scripts. Therefore, no consent banner is displayed. Subsequently unnecessary technologies may only be activated after adaptation of the consent and privacy information.
Discord, TradingView and exchange links are only accessed when clicking. From then on, the external provider processes data according to its own rules. Bot, position or exchange data is not automatically transferred to these services.
Insofar as applicable privacy law grants rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or complaint, these remain unaffected. Requests may be made to: info@bovotrade.com directed.
Do not send API keys, secrets, passphrases, passwords or UIDs via email or community chat. Such data belongs exclusively in the local bot configuration.
