Rules for community, website and software.

These Terms describe the free, locally operated community edition. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

1. Coverage

These rules apply to the Bovotrade website, local browser simulation, documentation and the BOVOBot community edition. A specific web mirror is technically responsible for the person or entity that controls domain, hosting and delivery.

2. Decentralized Community Principle

Bovotrade provides software, documentation and a space for exchanging experiences. Users trade exclusively on their own exchange accounts, choose settings themselves, start and stop locally and control orders directly at the exchange. The website does not accept user funds or exchange credentials.

3. Distribution free of charge

The community edition is provided as a technical download without compensation. Distribution shall be immediate and free of charge. The integrity of the published ZIP packet is compared on the server side with the documented SHA-256 checksum before delivery.

4. Regional restriction

Website and Community Edition are not intended for people in the EU or EEA and are not actively marketed or provided there. Outside these regions, use is only permitted if local software, derivatives, tax, sanctions, export and exchange rules are complied with. Technical accessibility does not mean local authorization.

5. Technical right of use

Natural persons outside the EU and EEA are granted a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the Community Edition for their own legitimate purposes. Disclosure, public provision, processing and circumvention of technical protection measures are only permitted, as far as mandatory law permits or has been previously agreed in writing.

6. No financial service or guarantee of results

Software, documentation, default values, community contributions, signals, simulations, live tests and backtests are technical information. They are not individual investment, financial, legal or tax advice and are not a solicitation for a particular trade. Past or simulated results do not allow a reliable prediction of future results.

7. Test operation before real money

Before real funds are used, functions, settings, possible position sizes and loss paths should be understood in a demo, simulation or other controlled environment. The browser preview does not send orders and does not replace a real exchange test.

8. Obligations of users

Users must be legally competent, check usage in their state, comply with exchange conditions, limit API permissions, leave withdrawal permissions disabled, check settings before launch, and monitor bot and exchange account. Confidential credentials must never be sent to a website or community.

9. Technology and third parties

Software and website may contain errors. Network, DNS, operating system, time, database, exchange API, WebSocket, rate limits, maintenance, liquidity and contract changes can delay, modify or prevent displays or orders. Exchanges and other linked services are responsible for their respective operators.

10. Updates and compatibility

Exchange APIs, contracts and technical requirements may change. Updates can add, modify or remove functions. Before an update, current positions and open orders must be checked directly at the exchange. Uninterrupted availability or ongoing maintenance is not guaranteed.

11. Liability and mandatory rights

The applicable mandatory liability rules apply. No restriction applies to the extent that it would be inadmissible under applicable law, in particular in the case of intentional behaviour or damage to life and health. Blanket worldwide legal or liability freedom is not claimed.

12. exchanges and brands

Bovotrade is an independent software and community project. Gate.io, KuCoin and Bybit are not operators of this website. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their conditions apply in addition.
