Bovotrade is an independent community software project. Responsibility for a specific web mirror remains with the person or entity that controls its domain, hosting, and delivery.
Regional availability
The Website and Community Edition are not directed to persons in the European Union, European Economic Area, or Mainland China and are not actively marketed or provided there. The Simplified Chinese translation is provided for language accessibility only and does not indicate availability in Mainland China. In every other jurisdiction, technical accessibility is not local authorization; use and distribution are permitted only when applicable law and exchange terms allow them.
Decentralization and mirror responsibility
Decentralization does not mean that no one is responsible for a specific public mirror. Whoever controls a mirror’s domain, hosting, logs, or delivery is responsible for the resulting obligations. Community principle
Each bot copy runs locally. Users choose markets, amounts and limits themselves, start and stop themselves and match positions and orders directly with their exchange account. The website does not accept user funds, exchange balances, or API credentials.
Release status
KuCoin: Documented community edition for Standard Futures. Gate.io and Bybit: Coming Soon, without shared build, API access or schedule promise. Preview text is not a feature or release-date commitment.
No financial service or individual advice
The website describes software functions and technical examples. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, individual portfolio management or profit guarantee. Default values, simulations and community contributions are not a solicitation for a particular trade.
Risk and user responsibility
Crypto futures, leverage and automated orders can lead to significant losses up to the complete loss of capital employed. Browser examples and historical views are not a forecast. The authoritative status is always the account, positions, and orders shown directly by the exchange.
Exchanges and trademarks
Bovotrade does not operate Gate.io, KuCoin, or Bybit and is not published or operated by those exchanges. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. For account, trading, fees, contracts, availability and liquidation, the conditions of the respective exchange apply in addition.
Mandatory law
No wording on this website cancels mandatory legal rights or obligations. The regional declaration does not replace individual case checks on location, actual target group approach, hosting, privacy, software distribution or financial market rules.
