Privacy
Little data, clear purpose.
The website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Functional display preferences remain exclusively in the browser.
1. Decentralized structure and responsibility
Under privacy law, the person or entity responsible for a specific public mirror is the person or entity that determines the purposes and means of domain, hosting, server logs and e-mail. Decentralization does not eliminate this responsibility.
Project contact for bovotrade.com: info@bovotrade.com.
2. Server access and security data
When a page is requested, the web server may process technical data such as the IP address, timestamp, requested resource, HTTP status, transferred data volume, browser identifier, and referrer where available. This processing supports delivery, stability, abuse prevention, and IT security. The website software itself contains no analytics or profiling function.
3. Hosting
Hosting details vary between decentralized mirrors. The information supplied by the operator of the specific mirror is authoritative. This website serves chart code, fonts, and images locally and does not embed external analytics platforms.
4. Regional orientation
The Website and Community Edition are not directed to persons in the EU, EEA, or Mainland China. The Simplified Chinese translation is for language accessibility only and does not indicate availability in Mainland China. Where mandatory privacy law applies to a particular request or mirror, its requirements and data-subject rights remain unaffected.
5. Contact by email
When a user sends an email, the sender address, message content, metadata, and any voluntarily supplied information are processed to handle the request. Contact is voluntary. Public role-based email is used so that personal phone numbers, exchange UIDs, credentials, and private technical endpoints do not need to appear in machine-readable files. This data-minimization measure does not remove legally required operator disclosure. API keys, secrets, passphrases, passwords, seed phrases, and UIDs must not be sent. Data is deleted after the request is completed unless a mandatory retention or evidence-preservation obligation applies.
6. Functional browser storage
The accessibility menu stores selected display options, including contrast, color mode, text size, link highlighting, and motion settings, in the browser's localStorage. This data stays on the device, contains no account or trading data, and can be removed by resetting the accessibility settings or clearing browser storage.
7. Interactive chart and local data
The chart library, sample data, and calculation script are served locally and run in the browser. Symbol changes, controls, and simulation actions are not transmitted to Bovotrade. The preview has no exchange API connection and cannot place orders.
8. Downloads
The download endpoint processes technically required server data, checks the regional confirmation and compares the release package on the server side with its SHA-256 checksum. The confirmation field is not stored permanently. API or exchange data is not requested.
9. Cookies and external content
This version does not set optional cookies, analysis pixels, ad trackers, embedded videos, externally loaded fonts or external chart scripts. Therefore, no consent banner is displayed. Any future non-essential technology may be enabled only after the consent flow and privacy information have been updated.
10. External links
Discord, TradingView and exchange links are only accessed when clicking. From then on, the external provider processes data according to its own rules. Bot, position or exchange data is not automatically transferred to these services.
11. Rights
Where applicable privacy law grants rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or complaint, those rights remain unaffected. Requests may be sent to: info@bovotrade.com.
12. Security notice
Do not send API keys, secrets, passphrases, passwords, seed phrases or UIDs via email or community chat. Such data belongs exclusively in the local bot configuration. Vulnerability reports should follow the responsible disclosure policy.
